Process for New Clients

The process for becoming a client is simple. The first step is to  schedule an assessment meet and greet. This gives you the opportunity to meet me and ask any questions about the services or my experience with animals. It also gives your pet(s) a chance to "check me out" and get acquainted. The goal is for them to feel as at ease as possible, as well as you. There is no charge for this meeting and it generally lasts for approximately thirty minutes.

After the meeting, if you want to retain my services, I will send you a welcome email containing the site link for the application I use along with the temporary password I assigned. (Please change your password after you complete the information about yourself and your fur babies). You will enter your information and the information for your pets including vaccination status and what veterinarian you use. You will also find some forms concerning what I offer, rates for services and standard contract forms. This app will allow you to make appointments, see a report card of your pet's visit complete with pictures, and a way for us to communicate. **I prefer to use text messaging from my phone in the event I need to reach you immediately or vice versa**

That's all there is to get started!
